Macclesfied Now, a new, high quality, community magazine for Macclesfield, Tytherington and Bollington. With features covering food and drink, lifestyle, travel, home & garden, arts, business and much more.
The magazine will promote and celebrate developments in this increasingly vibrant area with a fresh, contemporary attitude and a design to match.
The first issue of Macclesfield Now will feature Macclesfield’s very own Tough Mudder champion, Matt Rigby. In 2012 Matt was an overweight father-of-two who turned his lifestyle on its head after finding himself out of breath chasing his kids around the garden. We hear his story and share his advice on where to start if you want to get active.
We will also speak to Joseph Loake, who has risen from the Macclesfield Kart Club to competing in the Formula 3 Championship by the age of 19. Motoring enthusiasts will also enjoy our interview with auto-enthusiast and broadcaster Quentin Willson, who describes his conversion to electric vehicles.
In our first travel feature, David Harrison reports on trekking the Annapurna Sanctuary. A great introduction to high altitude trekking for those wishing to visit the Himalayas.
Beyond the above, the inaugural issue will offer much more to for you to enjoy, including a review of the food and drink revolution taking place in Macclesfield.
